Welcome to MenuForge, a service provided by Wolfkrow IT ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using MenuForge, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MenuForge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of the Service
MenuForge provides AI-assisted menu creation tools, including idea generation, dish description creation, menu structuring, PDF exports, and the ability to save and reuse menus and individual dishes.
The service may evolve over time and new features may be added, modified, or removed.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use MenuForge in compliance with applicable laws.
- Review AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
5. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
MenuForge offers a free tier, paid credit packs, and subscription plans.
- Payments are processed through approved payment providers such as Paystack.
- Credits are non-refundable once used.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.
Prices may change with reasonable notice.
6. AI Output and Limitations
MenuForge uses AI models to generate content. You understand that:
- Outputs may contain errors or require human review.
- AI outputs are suggestions and may not meet culinary, legal, or business standards.
- You are responsible for verifying suitability and accuracy.
7. Data Storage and Availability
Menus and account data are stored securely. While we aim for uninterrupted service, outages or data loss may occur. We will take reasonable steps to protect and restore data but cannot guarantee absolute availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and branding belong to Wolfkrow IT. You retain full ownership of your menus and content.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your menus for public training or marketing without permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer MenuForge.
- Build a competing product using the service.
- Upload harmful or malicious content.
- Attempt to bypass security or access other users’ data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
11. Disclaimers
MenuForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wolfkrow IT is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for MenuForge in the preceding 12 months.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of MenuForge constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
