  • To provide and maintain MenuForge functionality

  • To process payments (via third-party providers like Paystack)

We do not sell your data or share menus with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using Supabase with role-based access controls (RLS). We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data only with:

  • Analytics or error-tracking providers
  • Hosting and infrastructure services

We do not share your menus publicly unless you explicitly grant permission.

5. AI Content Handling

Inputs for idea generation may be processed by third-party AI providers under strict privacy controls.

Your inputs and outputs are not used to train public AI models.

  • Updates or corrections to your information
  • Deletion of your data or closure of your account

Deletion requests may take a reasonable processing time.

MenuForge is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your data may be processed in regions where Supabase or our processors operate. We take reasonable measures to maintain appropriate protection.
